One Winter day.1980's By Rosa Montaner Yonkers New York

One Winter day we were snowed in and Hermes was restless becouse he was out of work and at the time I had not met the artist in him so he got cemente from may husband that worked in construction and asked me for news paper and disapered into my basemente.When that evening he asked to come and see,I was in owe when I saw a statue of a beatiful woman's head.This was when I started to discover his amazing person and the Artist.He gave me his masterpiece and put on display in my living room.One summer night the family went out and to discover when we came home that some one broke in and stole my statue and all the meat from the freezer,anfortunately was unable to recover my statue but that was the begining of a greate frienship today Hermes Hernandez is putting exhibitions and a certain Deputy of a Public Library in Yonkers New York described his Art Work as charming with a certain Innocence and you know thats how I see it.
